Whole-milk cream base
Real milk fat - 8.5 g per litre in stage 1 and 13 g in stage 3 - with natural MFGM.
Algae DHA, no fish oil
Plant-derived omega-3 for a clean taste, plus ARA in stages 1 and 2.
GOS + FOS prebiotics
Galacto- and fructo-oligosaccharides in the 9:1 ratio used in infant nutrition research.
Ultra-clean label
No palm oil, fish oil, maltodextrin, glucose syrup, soy lecithin or gluten.

Unlike formulas built entirely on vegetable oil blends, Mamilac Premium is made with cream from full-fat milk. About a quarter of the fat in stages 1 and 2, and close to 40% in stage 3, comes from milk - carrying its naturally occurring lipids and the milk fat globule membrane (MFGM), dissolving readily and giving a mild, creamy milk taste.
The label is deliberately short: no palm oil, no fish oil (DHA comes from algae), no maltodextrin or glucose syrup, no soy lecithin, no gluten. Mamilac Premium is sold across Poland in pharmacies, online pharmacies and drugstore chains - a super-premium formulation at an accessible price.
